Section 102-118.670 - If a TSP cannot immediately pay a debt, can they make other arrangements for payment?

Yes, if a TSP is unable to pay the debt promptly, the Director of the GSA Transportation Audits Division has the discretion to enter into alternative arrangements for payment.
