Section 102-75.655 - What does the assignment recommendation contain?

Any recommendation submitted by DOI must provide complete information concerning the plans for use of the property as a public park or recreation area, including-

(a) Identification of the property;
(b) The name of the applicant;
(c) The specific use planned; and
(d) The intended public benefit allowance.
