Section 102-75.590 - What does the assignment recommendation contain?Any assignment recommendation that HUD submits to the disposal agency must set forth complete information concerning the self-help housing or housing assistance use, including-
(a) Identification of the property;(b) Name of the applicant and the size and nature of its program;(c) Specific use planned;(d) Intended public benefit allowance;(e) Estimate of the value upon which such proposed allowance is based; and(f) An explanation, if the acreage or value of the property exceeds the standards established by the Secretary.
