Section 102-33.275 - What should we consider before replacing our aircraft through exchange/sale?
Before an exchange/sale of your aircraft, you should consider whether:
(a) You have a continuing need for similar property and that the property being exchanged or sold is not excess or surplus; and(b) The exchange/sale meets all other requirements in 41 CFR part 102-39.
