Section 102-33.125 - If we use Federal aircraft, what are our management responsibilities?If you use Federal aircraft, you are responsible for-
(a) Establishing agency-specific Flight Program Standards, as defined in §§ 102-33.140 through 102-33.185;(b) Accounting for the cost of acquiring, operating, and supporting your aircraft;(c) Accounting for the use of your aircraft;(d) Maintaining and accounting for aircraft parts;(e) Reporting inventory, cost, and utilization data (for reporting requirements, see subpart E of this part); and(f) Properly disposing of aircraft and parts following §§ 102-33.240 through 102-33.375.
