Section 1506.9 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Filing requirements(a) Agencies shall file environmental impact statements together with comments and responses with the Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Federal Activities, consistent with the Environmental Protection Agency's procedures.(b) Agencies shall file statements with the Environmental Protection Agency no earlier than they are also transmitted to participating agencies and made available to the public.
