Section 1090.180 - Pipeline operatorsA pipeline operator must comply with the requirements of this section.
(a)Gasoline and diesel standards. A pipeline operator must comply with the applicable requirements of subparts C and D of this part.(b)PTDs. On each occasion when a pipeline operator transfers custody or title to any fuel, fuel additive, or regulated blendstock, the transferor must provide to the transferee PTDs under subpart L of this part.(c)Transmix requirements. A pipeline operator must comply with all applicable requirements in subpart F of this part.
