Section 790.97 - Hearing procedures(a) Hearing requests must be submitted using the method specified in § 790.5(b) . Such requests must include the applicant's basis for appealing EPA's decision.(b) If more than one applicant has requested a hearing on similar grounds, all of those appeals will be considered at the same hearing unless confidentiality claims preclude a joint hearing.(c) EPA will notify each applicant of EPA's decision within 60 days after the hearing.50 FR 20660, May 17, 1985, as amended at 78 FR 72830, Dec. 4, 2013
