Section 721.9575 - Chromate(3-), bis[3-[[5-(aminosulfonyl)-2-hydroxyphenyl] azo]-4-hydroxy-7-[[2-oxo-1-[(phenylamino)carbonyl] propyl]azo]-2-naphthalenesulfonato(3-)]-, trisodium (9CI)(a)Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.(1) The chemical substance identified as chromate(3-), bis[3-[[5-(aminosulfonyl)-2-hydroxyphenyl]azo]-4-hydroxy-7-[[2-oxo-1-[(phenylamino)carbonyl] propyl]azo]-2-naphthalene sulfonato(3-)]-, trisodium (9CI) (PMN P-95-1575; CAS No. 119535-63-6) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.(2) The significant new uses are: (i)Industrial, commercial, and consumer activities.
