Section 721.10923 - 9-Octadecen-1-amine, hydrochloride (1:1), (9Z)-(a)Chemical substance and significant new uses subject to reporting.(1) The chemical substance identified as 9-octadecen-1-amine, hydrochloride (1:1), (9Z)- (PMN P-15-671; CAS No. 41130-29-4) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.(2) The significant new uses are: (i)Release to water.
