Section 437.34 - New source performance standards (NSPS)

Except as provided in § 437.30(b) , any new source subject to this subpart must achieve the following new source performance standards: Standards for BOD₅, pH, TSS, copper, zinc, acetone, acetophenone, 2-butanone, o-cresol, p-cresol, phenol, pyridine, and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in § 437.31 .
