Section 257.52 - [Effective 11/4/2024] Applicability of other regulations(a) Compliance with the requirements of this subpart does not affect the need for the owner or operator of a CCR unit to comply with all other applicable federal, state, tribal, or local laws or other requirements.(b) Any CCR unit continues to be subject to the requirements in §§ 257.3-1 , 257.3-2 , and 257.3-3 .
