Section 97.82 - NO[X] authorized account representative

A unit for which an application for a NO_X Budget opt-in permit is submitted, or a NO_X Budget opt-in unit, located at the same source as one or more NO_X Budget units, shall have the same NO_X authorized account representative as such NO_X Budget units.
