Section 63.6140 - How do I demonstrate continuous compliance with the emission and operating limitations?(a) You must demonstrate continuous compliance with each emission limitation and operating limitation in Table 1 and Table 2 of this subpart according to methods specified in Table 5 of this subpart.(b) You must report each instance in which you did not meet each emission imitation or operating limitation. You must also report each instance in which you did not meet the requirements in Table 7 of this subpart that apply to you. These instances are deviations from the emission and operating limitations in this subpart. These deviations must be reported according to the requirements in § 63.6150 .(c) Before September 8, 2020, consistent with §§ 63.6(e) and 63.7(e)(1) , deviations that occur during a period of startup, shutdown, and malfunction are not violations if you have operated your stationary combustion turbine in accordance with § 63.6(e)(1)(i) .69 FR 10537, Mar. 5, 2004, as amended at 71 FR 20467, Apr. 20, 2006; 85 FR 13539, Mar. 9, 2020
