Section 63.8605 - How do I demonstrate initial compliance with the emission limitations and work practice standards?(a) You must demonstrate initial compliance with each emission limitation and work practice standard that applies to you according to Table 6 to this subpart.(b) You must establish each site-specific operating limit in Table 2 to this subpart that applies to you according to the requirements in § 63.8595 and Table 4 to this subpart.(c) You must submit the Notification of Compliance Status containing the results of the initial compliance demonstration according to the requirements in § 63.8630(c) .80 FR 65543, Oct. 26, 2015, as amended at 80 FR 75817, Dec. 4, 2015
