Ei = Emission rate (as determined during the most recent compliance demonstration) of PM or mercury from unit i, in units of kilograms (pounds) per megagram (ton). Determine the emission rate for PM or mercury by performance testing according to Table 4 to this subpart using the applicable equation in § 63.8595(f) .
Pmonth i = The process rate for that calendar month for unit i, in units of megagrams (tons).
n = Number of units participating in the emissions averaging option.
