Section 63.2982 - What parts of my plant does this subpart cover?(a) This subpart applies to each new, reconstructed, or existing affected source. The affected source (the portion of your plant covered by this subpart) is each wet-formed fiberglass mat drying and curing oven.(b) An affected source is a new affected source if you commenced construction of the affected source after May 26, 2000, and you meet the applicability criteria in § 63.2981 at start-up.(c) An affected source is reconstructed if you meet the criteria as defined in § 63.2 .(d) An affected source is existing if it is not new or reconstructed.
