Section 62.14605 - How do I obtain my operator qualification?(a) You must obtain operator qualification by completing a training course that satisfies the criteria under § 62.14595(b) or (c) .(b) Qualification is valid from the date on which the training course is completed and the operator successfully passes the examination required under § 62.14595(c)(2) .
