Section 62.14425 - When must I review the documentation?(a) You must establish a program for reviewing the information listed in § 62.14424 annually with each HMIWI operator (defined in § 62.14490 ).(b) You must conduct your initial review of the information listed in § 62.14424 by [date 6 months after publication of final rule], or prior to assumption of responsibilities affecting HMIWI operation, whichever is later.(c) You must conduct subsequent reviews of the information listed in § 62.14424 annually.65 FR 49881, Aug. 15, 2000, as amended at 78 FR 28067, May 13, 2013
