Section 61.160 - Applicability and designation of source(a) The source to which this subpart applies is each glass melting furnace that uses commercial arsenic as a raw material. This subpart does not apply to pot furnaces.(b) Rebricking is not considered construction or modification for the purposes of § 61.05(a) .
