Section 52.2624 - Control strategy and regulations: Particulate matter

On June 2, 2017, the State of Wyoming submitted a maintenance plan for the Sheridan PM₁₀ nonattaiment area and requested that this area be redesignated to attainment for the PM₁₀ National Ambient Air Quality Standards. The redesignation request and maintenance plan satisfy all applicable requirements of the Clean Air Act.
