Section 35.505 - Components of a complete application
A complete application for an environmental program grant must:
(a) Meet the requirements in 2 CFR part 200, subpart C.(b) Include a proposed work plan (§ 35.507 of this subpart); and(c) Specify the environmental program and the amount of funds requested.
