Section 26.1601 - To what does this subpart apply?This subpart applies to both of the following:
(a) Reviews by EPA and by the Human Studies Review Board of proposals to conduct new research subject to § 26.1125 .(b) Reviews by EPA on or after April 15, 2013 and, to the extent required by § 26.1604 , by the Human Studies Review Board of reports of completed research subject to § 26.1701 .78 FR 10544, Feb. 14, 2013
