For the In-County Periodicals product within the Periodicals class, report the:(1) On-time service performance (as a percentage rounded to one decimal place), provided at the Postal Administrative Area and National levels; and(2) Service variance (as a percentage rounded to one decimal place) for mail delivered within +1 day, +2 days, and +3 days of its applicable service standard, provided at the Postal Administrative Area and National levels.(b)Outside County Periodicals.
