Section 3045.5 - Commission action(a) The Commission shall review the Postal Service notice together with any comments for initial compliance with the statutory requirements of 39 U.S.C. 3641 , and:(1) Find that the market test is consistent with the requirements of 39 U.S.C. 3641 ;(2) Find that the market test is inconsistent with the requirements of 39 U.S.C. 3641 and provide an opportunity to correct the identified deficiencies;(3) Find that the market test is inconsistent with the requirements of 39 U.S.C. 3641 and order that the market test not go into effect; or(4) Direct other action as the Commission may consider appropriate.
