Section 51.58 - Requirements and Standards applicable for payment of per diem

A State home must meet the requirements in subpart C and the standards in the applicable subpart to be recognized, certified, and receive per diem for that program of care:

(a) For nursing home care, subpart D.

(b) For domiciliary care, subpart E.

(c) For adult day health care, subpart F.
