Section 38.775 - Compliance review requirements(a)Site visits. VA may conduct, as needed, site visits to grantee locations to review grantee accomplishments and management control systems.(b)Inspections. VA may conduct, as needed, inspections of grantee records to determine compliance with the provisions of this part.
