Section 20.600 - Rule 600. Applicability(a) The provisions in this subpart apply to Board hearings conducted in legacy appeals, as defined in § 19.2 of this chapter.(b) Except as otherwise provided, Rules 700, 701, 704, 705, and 707-715 (§§ 20.700 , 20.701 , 20.704 , 20.705 , and 20.707-20 .715) are also applicable to Board hearings conducted in legacy appeals.
