(a) Mechanical Licensing Collective, incorporated in Delaware on March 5, 2019, is designated as the mechanical licensing collective; and(b) Digital Licensee Coordinator, Inc., incorporated in Delaware on March 20, 2019, is designated as the digital licensee coordinator.
