Section 11.305 - Impartiality and decorum of the tribunalA practitioner shall not:
(a) Seek to influence a judge, hearing officer, administrative law judge, administrative patent judge, administrative trademark judge, juror, prospective juror, employee or officer of the Office, or other official by means prohibited by law;(b) Communicate ex parte with such a person during the proceeding unless authorized to do so by law, rule or court order; or(d) Engage in conduct intended to disrupt any proceeding before a tribunal.
