Section 657.34 - [Effective 8/15/2025] What are an institution's responsibilities after the award of a grant for administering fellowship funding?(a) An institution to which the Secretary awards a grant under this part is responsible for administering the grant in accordance with the regulations described in § 657.6.(b) The institution is responsible for processing individual applications for fellowships in accordance with procedures described in §§ 657.12 and 657.30 .(c) The institution is responsible for disbursing funds in accordance with procedures described in § 657.31 .(d) The institution is responsible for terminating a fellowship in accordance with the procedures described in § 657.32 .
