Section 75.158 - Deadlines for State comments(a) The Secretary may establish a deadline date for receipt of State comments on applications.(b) The State shall make its comments in a written statement signed by an appropriate State official.(c) The appropriate State official shall submit comments to the Secretary by the deadline date for State comments.
