Section 75.156 - When an applicant under Section 75.155 must submit its application to the State; proof of submission(a) Each applicant under a program covered by § 75.155 shall submit a copy of its application to the State on or before the deadline date for submitting its application to the Department.(b) The applicant shall attach to its application a copy of its letter that requests the State to comment on the application.
