Each operator of a waterfront facility handling LHG must ensure that-
(a) Equipment is repaired so that-(1) The equipment continues to meet the applicable requirements in this subpart;(2) Safety is not compromised; and(b) Welding and cutting meet NFPA 51B (incorporated by reference, see § 127.003 ).
