Section 117.49 - Process of violations(a) Complaints of alleged violations under this part are submitted to the District Commander of the Coast Guard District in which the drawbridge is located.(b) Penalties for violations under this part are assessed and collected under Subpart 1.07 of Part 1 of this chapter.
