Section 935.70 - Limitation of actions(a) No civil action may be filed more than 1 year after the cause of action arose.(b) No person is liable to be tried under this part for any offense if the offense was committed more than 1 year before the date the information or citation is filed with the Clerk of the Wake Island Court.
