(a) As indicated in § 761.7(a) , certain persons, ships, and aircraft must be specifically authorized under the provisions of this part to enter defense areas.(b) When entering or transiting a defense area each person, ship, or aircraft must have a valid authorization or satisfactory evidence thereof.
