Section 941.842 - Federal inspections(a) Part 842 of this chapter, Federal Inspections, shall apply to all exploration and surface coal mining and reclamation operations.(b) The Office will furnish a copy of any inspection report or enforcement action taken to the South Dakota Department of Water and Natural Resources upon request.
