Section 586.214 - When will BOEM suspend an Alternate Use RUE?(a) BOEM may suspend an Alternate Use RUE if:(1) necessary to comply with judicial decrees; or(2) necessary for reasons of national security or defense.(b) A suspension will extend the term of your Alternate Use RUE grant for the period of the suspension.
