Section 585.305 - [Effective 7/15/2024] How do I request a ROW grant or a RUE grant?You must submit a request for a new or modified ROW grant or RUE grant to BOEM pursuant to § 585.111 . You must submit a separate request for each ROW grant or RUE grant you are requesting. The request must contain the following information:
(a) The area you are requesting for a ROW grant or RUE grant.(b) A general description of your objectives and the facilities that you would use to achieve those objectives.(c) A general schedule of proposed activities.(d) Pertinent information concerning environmental conditions in the area of interest.88 FR 6430, 1/31/2023; 89 FR 42735, 7/15/2024
