Section 248.10 - Appeals from administrative actions

Any decision made by the Regional Director under this part shall be subject to appeal to the Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs, and any decision of the Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs on such an appeal may be appealed to the Secretary of the Interior in accordance with part 2 of this chapter.
