Section 36.95 - What sanitary standards must homeliving programs meet?
Each homeliving program must meet all of the following standards:
(a) Restrooms, showers, and common areas must be cleaned daily;(b) Rooms must be cleaned daily;(c) Linens must be changed and cleaned weekly;(d) Linens are to be provided;(e) Basic Toiletries must be provided; and(f) Functional washing machines and dryers must be provided.
