Section 35.810 - Notices and pamphlet(a)Notices. When evaluation or hazard reduction is undertaken, the Department shall provide a notice to occupants in accordance with § 35.125 . A visual assessment alone is not considered an evaluation for the purposes of this part.(b)Lead hazard information pamphlet.
