Section 490.315 - Establishment of minimum level for condition of pavements(a) For the purposes of carrying out the requirements of 23 U.S.C. 119(f)(1) , the percentage of lane-miles of Interstate System in Poor condition, as computed per § 490.313(e)(3) , shall not exceed 5.0 percent except as noted in paragraph (b) of this section.(b) For the purposes of carrying out the requirements of 23 U.S.C. 119(f)(1) , the percentage of lane-miles of Interstate System in Poor condition within the State of Alaska, as computed per § 490.313(e)(3) , shall not exceed 10.0 percent.
