Section 418.2140 - What will happen if the modified adjusted gross income information from the IRS is different from the modified adjusted gross income information we used to determine your income-related monthly adjustment amount?

We will follow the rules in § 418.1140 , except that any references in that section to regulations in subpart B of this part shall be treated as references to the corresponding regulation in this subpart.
