Section 408.808 - What happens to your SVB payments if you begin receiving additional benefit income?(a)Suspension effective date. We will suspend your SVB payments for any month your other benefit income (as described in § 408.220(a) ) exceeds the maximum SVB amount payable for a month (see § 408.505(a) ).(b)Resumption of payments. If otherwise payable, we will resume your SVB payments effective with the first month your other benefit income is less than the maximum SVB amount payable for a month.
