Section 1138.105 - Content of SUB Article I(a)Requirement. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must:(1) Require the recipient to determine the nature of transactions it makes under its award; and(2) Inform the recipient about the effect of that determination on the procedures for awarding the transaction and the transaction's terms and conditions.(b)Award terms and conditions. A DoD Component's general terms and conditions must use the wording appendix A to this part provides for SUB Article I.
