Section 1130.505 - Content of PROP Article VA DoD Component's general terms and conditions must either:
(a) Include the wording appendix E to this part provides for PROP Article V to specify requirements for use and disposition of federally owned property; or(b) Reserve PROP Article V if there is no possibility of recipients or subrecipients being accountable for federally owned property under awards using those terms and conditions.
