Section 376.935 - Disqualified. (HHS supplement to government-wide definition at 2 CFR 180.935)

Disqualified means persons prohibited from participating in specified federal procurement and nonprocurement transactions pursuant to the statutes listed in 2 CFR 180.935 , and pursuant to Title XI of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320a-7 , 1320a-7a , 1320c-5 , and 1395cc c) as enforced by the HHS Office of the Inspector General.
