Section 2017.5 - Expiration

The Trade Preferences Extension Act of 2015 extended the AGOA until September 30, 2025 (Pub. L. 114-27 , sec. 103 , 129 Stat . 364). Accordingly, this part will expire on that date unless extended by statute.
